- Ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of ERISA, employee benefits, and executive compensation matters

- Role will work on design and support of employee benefit plans and executive compensation programs

- Attorney should have ERISA and benefit experience in the context of M&A deals

- Familiarity with ESOP transactions will be beneficial

- Firm has a hybrid set up and compensation between $175-330k
