Employee Benefits Consultant - Health & Group Risk
Location Flexible - ideally Birmingham, London, Bournemouth, Chichester, Bristol
What can you expect:
As an Employee Benefits consultant you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of group risk and healthcare clients. You will be focused on ensuring the client feels supported at all times, providing advice and recommendations at renewal in line with the client’s requirements. You will be expected to identify new business leads and promote the wider MMB proposition to maximise opportunities and achieve growth targets. This is a field based role with clients predominantly in the South including London.

We will count on you to:
Managing an existing health and risk client portfolio and securing new clients in order to generate profitable income.
Acting as the primary point of contact for the client to establish effective relationships.
Providing accurate reports containing renewal information, market review results and recommendation.
Liaising with internal departments to ensure clients receive an excellent service throughout.
Promoting and delivering high quality service and advice.
Updating and maintaining records on core systems.
What you need to have:
Ideally GR1 and / or IF7 qualified with experience in group risk and / or healthcare insurance
