ENV Insurance Agency, an AssuredPartners team, in Liverpool, NY is seeking an Employee Benefits professional to join our Customer Care team! Our Customer Care team provides a high level of day-to-day customer service for our clients and their employees in utilizing their benefits plan! As a Employee Benefits Member Services Lead, you will support the team in providing exceptional service through delegation, handling escalations and identifying areas of opportunity in processes.

You possess a solid sense of professionalism and have a customer service disposition You are able to span managing people to get projects done, while also being a team player and not being afraid to “do the work” Highly analytical in nature, you are comfortable analyzing reports & data to make real world conclusions

What You'll Do

 

Assign day-to-day service including member claims, billing, eligibility, and service issues to staffAssists with the COBRA administration for clients.Manage day-to-day escalated service including member claims, billing, eligibility, and service issues.Properly set expectations for issue resolution, monitors progress and communicates outcomes.Updates BenefitPoint in a timely manner including updates to on-going activity.Conducts quarterly service status calls to internal management team.Conducts educational meetings for the team when new clients utilize service or a new plan is put in placeAssist members with navigation of online portal when applicable.Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Finding efficiencies in processesOther duties as assigned.Travel is expected to be less than 10% in this role. What's in it For You?
