Are responsible for identifying, soliciting, and closing new business  + . . . Generate and cultivate an ongoing list of prospects + . . . Utilize cold calls, prospecting emails, mail, professional associations, and networking to contact prospective clients + . . . Can identify opportunities to bring all of World's solutions to our clients - beyond employee benefits (and enjoy the financial rewards of doing so) + . . . Identify exposures, make recommendations, and create custom programs to eliminate gaps in coverage + . . . Identify opportunities to round out accounts for existing clients + . . . Maintain client relationships and retention of accounts through agency’s renewal workflows Our Employee Benefits Sales Producers bring . . .  + . . . 3-5 years of experience working in an insurance brokerage or carrier. + . . . A high level of motivation to grow personal success along with the ability to leverage excellent listening skills and a strong customer focus. + . . .A consultative, positive and resourceful approach to dealing with prospective clients and associates. + . . . Proven experience using Employee Benefits and Sales software platforms such as BenefitPoint and HubSpot. + . . . The ability to work independently and a desire to collaborate with team members. + . . . An unwavering commitment to consistently demonstrating: teamwork, high motivation, positive behavior, and a focus on goals and objectives. + . . .
