Position OverviewThe Employee Development Coordinator will play a vital role in the implementation and management of various employee training and development initiatives. This role will work closely with the Employee Development Manager to ensure that training programs are executed smoothly, tracking progress, and promoting the continuous improvement of our employees' skills and professional growth.
Job Duties Assist in the scheduling, coordination, and administration of employee training and development programs. Support the development and implementation of onboarding, skill-building, and professional development initiatives. Ensure training materials are up-to-date and aligned with company standards and goals. Track employee progress through training programs and provide reports to management on completion rates and feedback. Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including securing venues, sending invitations, and preparing materials. Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the successful delivery of training content. Maintain records of employee participation, certifications, and any follow-up activities. Support the development and continuous improvement of training content, processes, and best practices. Assist with the collection of employee feedback on training programs and suggest improvements based on insights. Provide administrative support to the Employee Development Manager as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with a passion for supporting employee development. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary.
