While day-to-day tasks are generally independent, collaboration on company-wide engagement initiatives is expected. 

\nIn-office expectations: Airport location 1-2 days a week, other locations (across South Austin and Buda) 2-3 days a week, and remote on Fridays (work permitting). 

In This Role\nSupport company-wide events, including preparation, breakdown, supply orders, and vendor coordination \nManage cross-location employee engagement communications, including in-person and written updates for Warehouse and Production employees \nFacilitate content translation and distribution to Warehouse employees, attending key meetings to share engagement communications \nOversee vendor relationships, including Aramark, Amazon, and Sam’s Club \nProcess purchase orders and maintain supply stock through Precoro \nHandle onsite workspace requests, including ordering and coordinating furniture or equipment \nRestock general supplies and partner with Facilities for maintenance tasks, including fridge clean-outs and hazard resolutions\nManage the recognition platform (Worktango), including user setup, incentive programs, and Swag Days \nHost onboarding, best practice sessions, and Q&A to improve platform adoption and usage \nContinuously identify opportunities to enhance recognition programs and user engagement \nAct as the onsite People & Culture contact for employee questions, feedback, and tool access requests \nUphold company Core Values and contribute to a positive team environment \nPerform other duties as assigned by management related to role and job function \n

The Ideal Person\n2+ years of experience working in Employee Experience, Employee Engagement, Events, Communications, Customer Experience, or related field  \nBilingual in Spanish required (French is a plus) \nReliable transportation required \nAbility to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively  \nProficient in clear and concise communication, both written and verbal  \nStrong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work cooperatively with others to achieve common goals and objectives \nProficient in using various software, tools, and platforms relevant to administrative tasks  \nProfessionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information \n
