The CBO Employee Engagement Coordinator provides local support for the Central Business Office (CBO) in Camp Hill, PA. The Employee Engagement Coordinator will focus on positive employee experiences for employee engagement and improve connection to our patients. The Employee Engagement Coordinator will also be a support to the CBO and Human Resources in onboarding and partnering with leadership to help provide an exceptional employee and candidate experience. The CBO Employee Engagement Coordinator focus will include, but is not limited to: onboarding, employee retention and employee engagement.
Responsibilities Assist in implementing leadership ideas to improve employee engagement and retention.Coordinate and compile any necessary notes during the new hire mixer, welcome meeting and other events/meeting for new hires.Partner with Human Resources quarterly to review retention rates and communicate/present that information to leadership. Review CBO initiatives with leadership to determine how those events, if at all, are impacting engagement and retention.Ensure positive candidate experience and new hire experience through onboarding best practices that include calling new hires before their start date, communicating department policy processes, introducing new hires to the leadership team, and showing them where facilities are located such as the café, restrooms and training rooms. Responsible for partnering with HR and the hiring manager to prepare for candidates first day and their orientation. Track CBO openings, maintain floor plan and employee photo directory.Partner with leadership and department trainers to assist with preparing training and education materials. Promotes an environment that connects with the mission and values of the organizationOrganize and execute employee events.
