What is the role?
We’re looking for a creative and dynamic Employee Engagement Specialist to join our fast-paced Corporate Communications team. Reporting to the Employee Engagement Director, you’ll play a key role in developing and delivering impactful campaigns that support our corporate goals.

This role requires both creative thinking and strong execution skills—turning ideas into compelling content and managing campaigns from concept to delivery. You’ll work with colleagues across the business, making collaboration and relationship-building essential to your success.
What will you be doing?
Develop and deliver creative communication campaigns that engage employees and showcase our culture across internal and external channels.
Create and curate compelling content in various formats (written, visual, video) to tell our story and strengthen employee connections.
Lead initiatives such as our employee recognition programme, sponsorship activations, and purpose-driven campaigns that bring our values to life.
Drive awareness and engagement on key corporate priorities, including our commitment to being a responsible business.
Work with creative agencies and freelancers to produce high-quality content, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, using insights to refine and enhance future communication strategies.
What are we looking for?
A talent for story-telling, with the ability to distil key messages into compelling narratives.
Experience in a similar role, with exposure to employee engagement and corporate communications campaigns.
Highly creative with the ability to produce engaging content across multiple channels.
Excellent relationship-building skills, working effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
