This is a hyrbid/remote position.  The ideal candidate will work 2 days per week from our Corporate office, located in the Westshore Business District, and should also be available to work one weekend per month.

PURPOSE OF YOUR WORK

The Employee Engagement Specialist will develop and deploy programs centered around employee feedback, recognition, and retention while supporting leaders to ensure all employees are held in the highest regard.
