WHAT YOU'LL DO

Responsible for all matters relating to the overall employee benefits experience, including but not limited to, Employee Assistance Program management, wellness, employee discounts, and employee benefits escalations. Responsible for project management within the benefits department to ensure deliverables according to established project guidelines and agreed-upon scope, time, cost, and quality.

 

Lead benefits-related projects such as general wellness strategy, wellness fair/wellness week coordination, vendor implementation, new programs, etc. Responsible for coordinating the development of employee communications as they relate to benefits and ensuring the internal communication platform, as well as the external benefit administrator platform, are updated accordingly. Vendor management of the EAP including website, communication materials, critical incidence response coordination, and daily issue resolution, etc. Provide benefit-related support and intake for sensitive employee concerns such as mental health, domestic partner violence, and beneficiary inquiries. Coordinate escalated employee-specific benefit concerns by gathering facts, researching with relevant parties, documenting concerns, ensuring resolution, and identifying process improvement opportunities. Responsible for the overall onboarding and offboarding experience as related to employee benefits.
