Employee Experience Coordinator

The  Employee Experience Coordinator is a full-time, seasonal position within the Talent & Culture (HR) department. Welcoming new employees and when they arrive to camp, assisting & supporting T&C with all queries that arise, supporting of employee housing, employee events (e.g., socials, movie nights), supporting our hospitality and maintenance department. In addition, assisting in all Employee Experience functions as needed. This is a great position for someone that wants to learn a lot and make a big impact on the day-to-day experience of many of our employees while growing a skill set in Human Resources.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Maintain and assign bed allocations based on department and company needs. 

Point of contact for employee housing (phone, email, applications, acceptance letters, payments etc.) 

Conduct room inspections for summer employees. 

Administration duties: Data entry, file keeping, documentation organization. System coordinator for HRIS/Housing systems. 

Coordinate with the maintenance and Hospitality team. 

Conflict Resolution - Assist in resolving any resident conflicts through professional, courteous, and solution minded actions and behaviors. 

Help drive culture leadership and employee engagement. By providing and creating a positive relationship with employees. 

Ensures & enforces adoption of housing and company policies to improve the employee experience. 

Assist in enhancing the onboarding experience for every employee. 

Assist and support the Employee Experience (HR) operations as required.

Availability on nights and weekends.
