JOB SUMMARY:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain and assign employee room/housing allocations based on department and company needs.
Point of contact for employee housing (phone, email, applications, acceptance letters, payments etc.)
Ensure a positive check-in and check-out employee housing experience.
Conduct employee room and housing inspections.
Administration duties: Data entry, file keeping, documentation organization. System coordinator for HRIS/ Employee Housing systems.
Coordinate with the Maintenance and Hospitality team to ensure employee housing meets Woodward standards.
Conflict Resolution - Assist in resolving any employee housing conflicts through professional, courteous, and solution minded actions and behaviors.
Help drive culture, leadership, and employee engagement by providing and creating a positive relationship with employees.
Ability to communicate and collaborate with all departments
Supports and improves the employee housing program through employee feedback for future use.
Ensures & enforces housing and company policies to improve the employee experience.
Supports and facilitates employee onboarding, I-9 compliance, and uniform distribution.
Assist in enhancing the onboarding and offboarding experience for every employee.
Assist and support the Employee Experience (T&C) operations as required.

PREFERRED EXPERINCE AND SKILLS
High School Diploma required. Some college work is preferred.
1-year administrative experience required.
Administrative skills with MS Office and ability to learn other programs quickly. HRIS - Workday experience.
Basic/Schedule Requirements:
Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lb. or carry for 100 yards throughout an 8–10-hour workday.
As a requirement of this position, pre-hire criminal history clearances are collected from the Pennsylvania State Police (PATCH) system, child abuse clearances are obtained through the Department of Public Welfare, and federal history is taken through FBI fingerprint screening.
Must be able to demonstrate safe lifting techniques for moving furniture into employee housing units.
Must have a valid US Driver’s license.You make us Woodward.
