Summary:
The Employee Experience Partner is responsible for shaping and enhancing the overall employee journey with our sales organization. This role focuses on improving employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention by creating a positive, productive, and fulfilling workplace environment. The Employee Experience Partner works closely with HR, leadership, and Sales leaders to develop strategies that promote a strong company culture, work-life balance, and continuous development for employees. This role is pivotal in ensuring employees feel supported, valued, and motivated to contribute to the success of the organization.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement & Satisfaction:
Design, implement, and manage programs that foster employee engagement and satisfaction.
Develop and execute employee feedback mechanisms (surveys, focus groups, etc.) to continuously monitor employee experience.
Analyze employee feedback to identify areas for improvement and create actionable solutions.
Culture & Internal Communication:
Champion the organization’s values and culture, ensuring they are reflected in daily practices and communications.
Work with leadership to communicate company news, updates, and policies in ways that foster transparency and trust.
In conjunction with Department leaders & Talent Management, plan and manage internal events and activities that enhance team bonding and cultural alignment.
Learning & Development:
Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to ensure employees have access to the tools and coaching needed to be successful in their roles.
Support the creation of career development pathways, training programs, and mentorship initiatives.
Workplace Environment & Wellness:
Promote a healthy and fun working place environment by listening to employees opinions and understanding the sentiment of the workforce.
Ensure the physical and digital workplace environment supports productivity, innovation, and collaboration.
Employee Recognition & Rewards:
Develop and manage employee recognition programs that celebrate achievements and milestones.
Ensure that the compensation and rewards structure aligns with the company’s goals, employee satisfaction, and business needs.
Retention & Exit Processes:
Identify strategies to reduce turnover and improve employee retention.
Oversee exit interviews and analyze data to understand reasons for employee departures and areas for improvement.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position is an individual contributor with no direct reports but may provide guidance, leadership, or training to others.
Travel:
Overnight travel will be required.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Strong understanding of employee engagement strategies, HR practices, and company culture.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights.
Experience with employee feedback tools, HRIS systems, and project management software.
This is an in-office role. Must be willing to work on-site in Freedom’s call center office locations regularly.
Must be available to attend off-site events during non-traditional working hours as needed.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
5 years of experience in employee experience, human resources, or organizational development. HRBP experience helpful.
