Employee Experience Partner - HRBP
As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for translating engagement and culture strategies into actionable plans. You will work proactively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive engagement initiatives within the business, ensuring timely execution.
About the Role:
Engagement and Culture:
Translate engagement and culture strategies into actionable plans.Serve as the go-to person for implementing change management agendas for employees.Conduct regular check-ins with employees to gauge satisfaction levels and identify areas of concern.Work with managers and People Partners to develop action plans addressing any dissatisfaction identified through employee check-ins.Drive the completion of on-ground processes in respective patches, such as goal setting and talent cards.Productivity and Performance:
Analyze trends in exit interview data to improve the overall employee experience and identify potential areas for organizational improvement.Coach and educate employees on HR policies, platforms, and tech support.Conduct performance investigations, discussions, and write performance improvement plans for non-managerial staff.Assess the impact of people practices and policies on the employee experience.Fostering Relationships:
Lead or coordinate workplace investigations in accordance with global investigation policies and guidelines, upholding these standards in CW India.Respond to employee issues, grievances, and disputes in line with our People Values.About You:
At least 3 years relevant experience in employee relations and engagement.Attention to detail, independent decision-making.Excellent interpersonal skillsTech-savvy. (Workday knowledge Preferred)Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
