Our client, a medical focused non-profit, seeks a long-term temporary Employee Experience Specialist to join their Washington, DC office!
Responsibilities:
- Support events, programs, and resources to increase a sense of belonging and fun.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate logistics, and maintain minutes/materials.
- Improve the onboarding experience resource creation and activity implementation.
- Manage employee events from conception to execution.
- Partner across departments ensure a positive experience for all who attend events and programs.
- Additional duties and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of human resource, talent management, or another related field is required.
- Experience working on employee engagement and planning events is a plus.
- Strong PowerPoint skills are highly preferred.
- Strong oral communication skills and excellent time management skills.
Position Information:
- $28/hr-$34/hr, depending on experience.
- Contract position lasting 6 months, with potential to extend.
- Potential for contract to extend.
- Hybrid schedule.
- Washington, DC office.
