Employee Experience Specialist -- Early Talent Programs

This position will focus on the growth and retention of the pipeline of early talent at APTIM and will also support other employee experience initiatives. The ideal candidate should have exceptional organization skills, be comfortable facilitating and leading groups, and should be able to navigate relationships with university partners and employees at all levels of the organization. What you can expect from APTIM: + Work that is worthy of your time and talent + Respect and flexibility to live a full life at work and at home. + Dogged determination to deliver for our clients and communities. + A voice in making our company better. + Investment into your personal and professional development **Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:** + Deliver and manage the annual STRIVE Intern Program, including development, facilitation and delivery of an exceptional intern experience that provides valuable work experience, career guidance, and connection to a peer cohort. + Establish and maintain a university outreach program that cultivates and strengthens strategic partnerships with university degree programs aligned with APTIM's mission. + Grow THRIVE, APTIM's mentoring program, to provide learning experiences and opportunity for growth for employees via formal mentoring. + Enhance the delivery and effectiveness of APTIM's onboarding process, including facilitation of APTIM's new-hire experience and a smooth transition to APTIM's worksites. + Upkeep of Learning Management System (LMS), including recording of training, maintenance of employee files and system, and curating of learning offerings. + Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion as a part of all APTIM-sponsored programs. + Use a variety of delivery methods specific to adult learning to drive program engagement and participation across multiple sites and modalities. + Assess needs via surveys, interviews, focus groups and/or consultation with others, then analyze and adjust based on feedback to optimize experiences. **Basic Qualifications:** + BA/BS degree, with a preference for Human Resources, Business/Management, Psychology or Communications + At least 1 year of related professional work experience or a combination of experiences in university outreach or early talent programs + Excellent facilitation skills and professional confidence + Experience in effectively managing multiple initiatives concurrently. + Technical aptitude in learning systems and Microsoft Office products **Preferred Requirements:** + Background in the Architecture, Engineering or Construction industry + High levels of personal motivation, discretionary effort and energy towards positive outcomes **Who we are and what we do:** APTIM is a global industry leader headquartered in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
