We’re looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to take the lead on fostering a positive employee experience while supporting key HR initiatives. In this role, you’ll oversee FMLA/disability tracking, support HR needs in the field, and guide a talented team of two of recruiters. What You’ll Do:
Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.Engagement & Retention: Develop and implement programs that enhance employee satisfaction, improve retention and promote a strong company culture. Performance Management: Guide managers through performance evaluations, coaching and disciplinary actions to drive employee growth and accountability. Employee Leave Tracking: Administer and track leave requests, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while supporting employees through the process.Field HR Support: Spend a portion of your time in the field, engaging with teams to proactively address HR needs, build relationships and provide hands-on support.Recruitment Oversight: Manage and mentor two recruiters, ensuring hiring strategies align with business needs and supporting talent acquisition efforts for stores, leadership and corporate roles.

Education and Training:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field ( or equivalent experience)3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a multi-location or field based environment. Strong knowledge of employment laws, leave administration, and performance management best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.Experience with managing and coaching a team is preferred. Ability to balance strategic HR initiatives with hands-on, day-to-day responsibilities.

Field Requirments: Approximately 15-20 % to various locations for on-site HR supportOffice Based: Primary work location is the office/field with flexibility as needed. Must have a valid drivers license.Full Time
