A day in the life.

As an Employee Health and Benefits Health Management Intern, you will:

Assist with Word Documents and/or Excel spreadsheets as requestedCorrespond with carriers and vendors as neededResponsible for carrier wellness fund managementBasic file maintenanceLearn carrier wellness program offeringsCreate well-being program materials for internal and client useObserve client well-being program strategy meetingsReview medical carrier data and report findingsOther responsibilities as needed to support the health management teamCoordinate and track client well-being events such as flu shots

Current education or degree in a population health related fieldExcellent organizational skillsGood communication and customer service skillsAble to research and analyze problems independentlyDetail oriented and able to self-check for accuracyProficient with Microsoft Office products (i.e. Word, Excel, etc.)Reliable and punctual
