Crouse’s Employee Health Office provides health services to all employees and pending hires, and maintains a log of all employee immunizations and vaccines. The Employee Health Office team is hiring a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to work Per Diem, one day per week as needed.

Pay Range: $40.65-53.06/hour

Schedule: Mondays, 7:00am-3:30pm.

Nurse Practitioner (NP) Position Responsibilities:

Provides health services for all employees. Screens potential new hires for medical clearance. Performs annual health assessments on all employees, including fit testing for PPE. Facilitate and provide vaccinations to all employees and medical staff. Maintains log of all employee immunizations and vaccines. Development and coordination of wellness activities and health promotion.

Nurse Practitioner (NP) Position Requirements:

Must hold current Registered Nurse (RN) and Nurse Practitioner (NP) licenses. 5 years of occupational health care experience required. Certified Occupational Health Nurse specialist certification. Experience in Health Risk Appraisal analysis and counseling. Experience in Worker's Compensation case management.
