Kforce has a client that is seeking a fully remote Employee Relations to join their team. Essential Functions: * Employee Relations will serve as primary investigator for technology incidents involving data loss violations end to end, including producing clear, concise investigation summaries, remediation documentation and utilizing a centralized case management system * Review large Excel reports, analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources * Use Excel to analyze data and metrics * Provide outreach coordination support to team members * Participate and lead data loss prevention status meetings, research incidents and flagging escalations for follow up * Update data loss prevention status tracker * Draft data loss prevention remediation documentation for review by Risk Operations Manager * As an Employee Relations, you will collaborate with stakeholders across functional areas and P&C * Provide general support as assigned for the Employee Relations/Risk Operations Team
