The Analyst, Employee Relations partners with HR and business leaders to administer human resources policies and procedures that pertain to employee relations. Understands commonly used concepts, practices, procedures within employment field, regulatory environment, and law.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines as well professional knowledge and experiences to perform the functions of the job. Primary job functions require proven experience in all facets of employee and labor relations, development and implementation of positive employee engagement initiatives, and support for overall excellent employee experiences. Key activities and accountabilities include investigations, development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, dispute resolution, labor management, training & development and supporting overall excellent employee experience.
This role will cover primary Iloilo CS Philippines and may involve in the delivery of Employee Relations services to other Philippines CS locations and entities.

Key Accountabilities
Works closely with all HR Shared Services partners to ensure alignment of delivery model to organizational strategies and business initiatives.Serves as ER resource talent for business and Human Resources partners engaging legal department when necessary to ensure effective utilization of internal and external legal resources.Ensures the Company is aligned with Asurion's Core Values and in compliance with all employees’ legal requirements.Stays up to date on most recent changes in employment and labor laws, compliance issues and external labor relations climate.Communicates directives from DOLE and other government bodies that are vital in keeping the organization compliant to changes in employment and labor laws,Investigates and resolves problems arising from internal sources such HR Business Partners, business partners, or direct employee contact and external sources such as government agencies not limited to NLRC and DOLE.Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalence
Experiences, Skillsets & Personal Competencies
Must possess a solid understanding of and demonstrated experience with employee and labor relations.Strong analytical, initiative, and creative problem-solving skills.Demonstrated flexibility and solution-orientation.Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement in establishing and maintaining good working relationships.Demonstrated ability to conduct confidential enterprise-wide investigations on critical employee relation matters and present data driven findings and recommendations to immediate superior and HR Business Partners.Personal Competencies and Attributes
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or other related discipline2+ years of experience in Human Resources Management, Employee Relations and or Labor RelationsSolid background and exceptional skills in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Employment Law, and Regulatory Compliance
