Employee Relations Consultant
Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Employee Relations Consultant for a large healthcare system in the Pacific Northwest. This person will act as a trusted advisor to leaders on employee relations matters, providing guidance on complex investigations and recommending appropriate corrective actions. They will be providing information about HR policies, procedures, and protocols to employees. They will manage risk and ensure best practices in employee relations services, while advocating for fair workplace practices that align with the organization's mission and values. Your role will involve leading challenging conversations, promoting the use of HR technology and systems, and maintaining accurate case management in ServiceNow. Collaboration with various HR teams and responding to inquiries from leaders and employees will be key aspects of your daily responsibilities, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and legal requirements. This person will need to utilize critical thinking and strategic methodology to develop innovative service delivery solutions. Skills and Requirements 3+ years of experience working in a HR Employee Relations role Extensive knowledge of employee relations principles (Federal & State employment laws, organizational policies, & collective bargaining agreements). Experience coaching leaders through employee relations issues (performance management, grievances, LOA/ADA, etc.) Confident handling complex investigations and providing recommendations for corrective actions. Experience in labor relations research and policy development. Proficiency in HR technology, metrics, and systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
