Job Summary
This internship position will be part of the Human Resources organization. Responsible for supporting HR leaders across various areas of HR (Employee Relations, Labor Relations,). This position will provide the intern visibility to the staff within the HR team as well as other business units across the organization. In this position, the candidate will have the opportunity to demonstrate and develop analytic skills while learning about the divers business units within Walgreens. Walgreens has HR internship openings within Employee Relations.
The Internship Program is open for students who are pursuing their Bachelor’s degree with a graduation date between December 2025 – June 2026. The Internship Program runs from June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025. (10 weeks.)
Job ResponsibilitiesPerforms various activities that contribute to the strategy development process for the assigned business unit.Utilizes various tools and resources to analyze information and make recommendations to support the business.Provides general day to day support across the various divisions within Walgreens.Suggests recommendations to leadership for improving and updating policies and processes.May deliver a project aligning to strategic priorities and present to manager/leadership upon completion.About Walgreens and WBA
