The Employee Relations Intern will assist the Employee Relations department in various tasks and gain hands-on experience in HR operations, onboarding, employee relations, and other HR functions. This summer internship is an excellent opportunity to learn about HR practices and contribute to the overall success of the HR team.

What You'll DoPlease note that the duties below can vary based on the workflow of your local office.
Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing HR files and records.Assist with organizing and coordinating meetings as well as taking minutes during the meetings.Assist with audits and ensure that employee relations practices comply with legal requirements.Research and compile information on local, state, and federal labor and employment laws to support HR compliance initiatives.Assist with the preparation and distribution of communication materials related to employee relations.Assist in handling employee inquiries, resolving basic HR issues, and maintaining employee records.Aid with various HR-related projects, such as reviewing the employee handbook, and other initiatives as assigned.
