Role purpose
Provide support to Employee Relations team to carry out tasks such asInvestigation proccess - disseminating information, drafting presentations and documents file and document management and being responsible for Triage process to ensure alignment to internal and external policies.
Main activities
Responsible for Triage: analysis, classification, evaluation and risk rating of cases reported by employeesInvestigation end-to-end of cases reported by collaborators related to: Bullying, Harassment, Discrimination, Bad Practices and other via Interviews, Climate Surveys Labor conflict resolution between employees.Provide case resolutions and inform main stakeholders to define and apply sanctions to reported employees, according to HSBC regulator policies.Platform management (Sharepoints, Service Now, People Soft).Executive reports and presentations, information management and KPIsAudits and monitoring at a documentary level.Paticipate at Anti-Bullying Training for ManagersProvide assessment for cultural media-contentsPreparation and documentation of internal processes.Translation of documents from English to Spanish (internal policies and processes)
