Employee Relations Manager Opening Description Candidate must have strong inter-people skills and investigation experience Need to be comfortable doing research and finding the policies etc. Final reports, making recommendations and what next steps they would suggest. - Business makes final decision but want to hear opinions of the people working on the case. Systems: Casetrack (in house and teachable) Microsoft suite and teams. Case management system in the past. Investigations systems. (Final report, recommendations etc.) Skills employee relations, people relations, employee investigations Top Skills Details employee relations,people relations Additional Skills & Qualifications MUST HAVE - 4-5yrs of experience in People relationships or 6+ years experience - *Automatic no would be someone coming from HRBP that did 3 investigations a year. Need to be high volume and able to do relationship building.* - Need to be able to work with people remote. - Bachelors - Microsoft Suite and Teams NICE TO HAVE - 6+ years of experience - Candidate is coming from a large corporation - Law enforcement Background - Casetrack experience Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
