We are\r\nlooking for an Employee Relations Partner to join our People Hub Employee\r\nRelations Team to provide expert Employee Relations case management and people\r\nchange (restructuring, redundancy) support as well line managing a team of up\r\nto 4 x ER Advisors.
You will provide support across the business on every aspect of ER, Employment\r\nLegislation and the application of best practice, whilst helping to ensure the\r\nER Advisor Team always provide the best possible customer service.
In addition to this you will support people change programmes through an ER\r\nlens, where there is a people impact in relation to business change, TUPE and\r\nredundancy for example.
The role will be based in Stockton on Tees, working Hybrid between the office\r\nand home. Some occasional travel may be required, to attend in-person meetings\r\nacross the business. Experience\r\n managing team members and providing development, coaching and support.Experience\r\n of leading fast paced people change management and redundancy programmes.Up-to-date\r\n knowledge of Employment Legislation and be able to advise the business.Competent\r\n in the use of HR systems such as case management database, call logging\r\n systems, advanced Excel and Word, use of all Microsoft applications.Experience\r\n of working at pace to support high volume/complex/difficult ER cases in a\r\n timely manner to meet standard SLAs.It would be\r\ngreat if you had:
