This position offers a base salary range of $60,042 - $105,337 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus based on company performance. OVERVIEW Provide direct support to the Director of Employee Relations, Store Managers, District Managers and other staff regarding the employee relations needs of the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned) Respond to Store/Corporate Managers and District Managers regarding a broad range of employee relations issues on a daily basis. Coordinate and conduct Employee Relations investigations in conjunction with Store/Corporate Managers, District Managers and LIT. Approve disciplinary action up to and including termination in accordance with company policy. Administer and resolve Employee Hotline calls as needed. Assist the Legal Department regarding the company’s response to EEOC complaints, litigation, etc. Serves as a trainer/presenter at various company orientations or training programs. QUALIFICATIONS (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered) Education Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field required Experience 3 years experience in Human Resources or related field required Licenses/Certifications SPHR certification preferred Tools & Equipment General Office Equipment ACCOMMODATIONS Sheetz is committed to the full inclusion of all qualified individuals.
