HCRS is seeking an Employee Relations and Workplace Safety Specialist to support important workplace safety protocols and to investigate and resolve employee complaints and related issues.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A Bachelor’s degree and four or more years of experience in employee relations Strong interpersonal, communication and organization skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information Conflict resolution skills Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively
