\nThe Employee Retention Program (“ERP”) Manager drives ERP for the division by planning, developing, and implementing initiatives related to team member engagement, workforce culture, and team member well-being, as well as measuring their effectiveness. Job duties include:
\n\nEffectively communicate the ERP program to all levels of the organization.\nOversee the ERP Program while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.\nSpecific goals and expectations will be established on an annual basis and continually measured in the following categories:\nReduction in turnover rate.\nImprovements in training and awareness.\nIncrease retention, engagement, and attendance. \nEvaluate the program across the division to ensure turnover, retention, and attendance strategies align with the company's goals and culture.\nIdentify and address training needs within the program.\nEnsure a positive onboarding experience for new team members, including comprehensive orientation and training.\nConduct ERP assessments and develop corrective action plans, as necessary.\nProvide ERP Training, mentorship, and coaching:\nEstablish a regular schedule for coaching and mentoring.\nFacilitate ERP training and development sessions.\nSupervise the implementation of the program.\nWork with leadership to incorporate company values and culture into daily operations.\nDevelop effective communication channels for sharing ERP program best practices.\nAnalyze data to plan strategically for future actions and evaluate travel requirements.\nPerform additional job duties as assigned.\n\n\nYOUR MUST HAVES:
\n\nMust be 18 years of age or older.\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\nDemonstrated ability to train team members.\nProficiency with various word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nStrong strategic communication skills.\nActive and valid driver’s license.\nAbility to commute to locations in division by plane or automobile.\n\n\nWHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE:
\n\nBilingual Skills.\nPrevious experience as an ERP Supervisor.\nExternal candidates should have experience in team member engagement or a similar role.\n\n\nOUR ENVIRONMENT:
\nThis position involves occasionally working from a home office, traveling to various work locations by car and air, and working in wet, hot, and cold environments, often while wearing personal protective equipment (“PPE”).
