Northrop Grumman is seeking qualified candidates for an Employee Risk Program Manager role in Irving, TX.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish an Employee Risk (ER) Program that creates an integrated plan covering the following areas: Workplace Violence Prevention, Corporate events (Trade Shows, Air Shows), Talent Acquisition events, NG Site protest preparation, and others as identified.
Manage cost, schedule, and plans for implementation of the ER Program.
Ensure Enterprise compliance with relevant Workplace Violence Prevention operating procedures and practices, including state and federal regulations.
Identification, development, and management of ER tools to support enterprise-wide intelligence gathering, trend analysis, reporting, and data management.
Lead coordination with associated functional areas to provide Incident Response Team metric management.
Ensuring quality of ER products and processes through audit and continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain training and conduct briefings for security professionals, other supporting functional teams, and employees in support of the ER program.
Understand relevant Global Assistance Center (GAC) operating procedures and practices, including desktop procedures and Knowledge Base articles.
Supporting the company’s sector and enterprise crisis management teams by providing incident tracking, reporting, and awareness updates.
Lead reviewing of after actions opportunities and updating procedures with lessons learned.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience within Security OR Master’s degree with 3 years of experience within Security OR Associate's degree and 7 years of experience withing Security OR High School Diploma and 9 years of experience within Security
Experience interacting with a variety of internal customers
Proven team leadership and customer service ability
Ability to lead, mentor, and train staff
Excellent interpersonal, oral, written and communication skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Candidates must have the ability to obtain, and maintain, a DOD Top Secret level security clearance as a condition of continued employment

Demonstrated program management skills
Experience with Workplace Violence Prevention programs or other physical risk programs
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Support, build, and promote a positive and collaborative culture across team
Strong organizational skills and an ability to work independently in a priority-oriented environment
Salary Range: $87,000.00 - $130,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
