What You'll Be Doing

Enhance organizational efficiency through process improvement and AI-driven automation.Identify and lead process improvements with operational leaders and cross-functional teams.Establish and document project scope, goals, and objectives.Conduct baseline assessments, run chart analysis, Pareto analysis, and process mapping.Develop control plans to maintain improvements and manage tactical and strategic projects.

What Are We Looking For

Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Knowledge of data management, security, and compliance best practices.Ability to travel 10% and work in a distributed environment.Deadline-driven with strong executive presence and presentation skills.
