Essential Responsibilities:
Conducts data governance audits in Workday, JDE, and Five9 to ensure accurate data entry and compliance with standardsServes as the escalation point for common Program audit issues, assisting in their resolutionInvestigates and troubleshoots discrepancies in data accuracy, collaborating with Employee Services and Team LeadsIdentifies themes in upstream processing and opportunities for rule updates, system utilization, and training enhancementsMaintains and updates Employee Services process documentation, ensuring alignment with changes in operations or systemsContributes to discovery, design, and implementation phases of projects like JDE, Workday, and ServiceNow system enhancementsAdministers user access, monitors vendor SLA compliance, and collaborates with internal teams to resolve vendor-related issuesProvides support for program inquiries, process improvements, and corrective actions to enhance service quality and efficiencyQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources or related fieldMin of 4 years related professional experience in a role that relies heavily on data administration and analysisExperience with HRIS/Talent Management systems such as JDE Edwards, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow, Workday in a support-based roleReport writing and database management experienceKnowledge of web services, SFTP and other data integration toolsKnowledge of web servers, process schedulers, and application servers is a plus.Understanding of cloud computingStrong knowledge of HR system concepts, practices, processes, and proceduresExcellent oral and written communication skills, including development and delivery of presentations and / or relevant knowledge transferStrong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines along with the ability to manage a diverse and demanding workload and juggle multiple deadlines; attention to detailAbility to work with a wide range of customers and communicate effectivelyAbility to use and modify tools and methods to support customer needs and understand business strategic issuesAbility to excel in a team environmentWorking Conditions:
