Summary:
TWE seeks an Employee Sales Associate. The Employee Sales Associate will deliver sales goals with excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities include:
Prepare Employee Wine Store for opening and closing daily, monitoring the daily procedure. Assist with sales, store set up, stocking shelves, Taking inventory of wine monthly and merchandise quarterly Getting wine orders in on a time. Understanding the relationship between wine orders, RMS, JDE and the importance of vintages. Preparing and receiving deliveries. Operate registers, credit card terminals. Educate and be an informed resource for customers regarding Brands knowledge, winemaking, winegrowing, production, vintages, availability of products as well as awards and accolades. Check identification as required by state law for serving alcoholic beverages Recognize symptoms of intoxication and act in accordance with state law Possess an entrepreneurial spirit, Business acumen and computer confidence. Be well mannered, well groomed, outgoing, gracious and conservatively dressed. Understand and adhere to Tasting Room policies and procedures Clean up and organize facility as directed by supervisor Must be able to lift 55 pounds.Qualifications:
Wine knowledge a must, with a desire to sell. Maintain professional standards in the work environment with consumers, supervisors, and colleagues. Microsoft Office knowledge, including ExcelAbout You:

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $16 to $23 per hour. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of Paso Robles, CA. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
