We are seeking a U.S.-based Employee Success People Consultant (ESPC) Lead to join our ES organization. This role will have significant scope and impact, partnering closely with ES teams in the “Office of the CMO“ including HRBPs/ESBPs, HR/ES Data Analytics, Talent Development, People Services & Operations (PS&O) and Compensation to coordinate, roll out and complete ES programs and initiatives that support the business needs of the organization.
The ideal candidate is one who is interested in making an impact at scale in one of the fastest growing companies and the industry; excels in a fast paced, high engagement environment; and is looking to work with a strong ES Organization.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the ES Partners in the “Office of the CMO” to deliver on the organization’s talent strategy and strategic projects and initiatives. Initiatives include end of year planning, organizational health planning, employee retention, talent assessment, promotion planning, compensation (equity, bonus, merit), hybrid work guidelines, change management, and other talent related initiatives.Partner with and between our Centers of Excellence (COEs) and global ES partners to help deliver seamless processes, programs and insights across the organization.Be a subject matter expert on main programs and processes across Employee Success.Create tools, templates and resources as needed for consistent service delivery at scaleProactively provide operational and analytical support to the ESBP leaders with quantitative data in supporting tactical and strategic HR initiatives.Keep a pulse on best practices across the HRBP organization and proactively leverage tools, resources, and processes with Marketing HRBP team.Monitor and interpret trends and metrics around employee satisfaction, attrition and turnover, etc. Build narratives using data and insights, and partner with ESBPs to establish recommendations for improvement or enhancements based on analysis.Requirements and Key Skills:
Experience working closely with HRBPs/ESBPs, Data Analytics and Talent Development to support and manage programs and initiativesDemonstrated ability to be a self-starter and proactiveComfort with ambiguity and proven agent for changeAbility to develop effective relationships across all levels of the organizationExcellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a strong and succinct communicatorDemonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of job responsibilities, including handling highly sensitive dataAbility to ramp up quickly, recognize Salesforce’s unique culture and proactively help identify issues/areas of development.Ability to collect, assimilate, analyze, and present data. Must have strong knowledge of Google Drive (Sheets and Slides) or other spreadsheet and presentations software; Workday, Tableau, and Salesforce a plus.Ability to take trends and data, boiling them down to presentable themes and connecting the dots; storytellingAbility to partner with COEs to design, build, and implement programs and processes to support business needsAbility to deliver difficult feedback, coach leaders through difficult scenarios, and facilitate team discussionsGeneral knowledge of employment policies and practicesKnowledge of staffing, compensation, and talent management best practices

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $100,100 to $137,600.For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $100,100 to $137,600.Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
