Employer Contribution Allocation Assistant / AR

**Job Overview:**
responsible for supporting the finance team in managing and processing employer contributions, as well as maintaining accurate accounts receivable records. This role involves working closely with internal teams, external clients, and employers to ensure the timely and accurate allocation of employer contributions and resolving any discrepancies related to payments.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and experience with accounts receivable or finance functions, with a focus on allocation of employer contributions to the correct accounts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Accounts Receivable Management** : Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring all payments are processed and recorded accurately.
+ **Employer Contribution Allocation** : Allocate employer contributions to the correct employee accounts or pension funds in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
+ **Payment Posting** : Post payments from employers and other sources to the appropriate accounts and verify accuracy of payment amounts.
+ **Reconciliation** : Reconcile employer contributions, accounts receivable records, and bank statements to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
+ **Data Entry & Documentation** : Accurately input employer contribution data into accounting systems and maintain detailed records of all transactions.
+ **Invoicing** : Assist in preparing and sending invoices to employers for contributions and ensure payments are received on time.
+ **Payment Follow-Up** : Follow up on overdue payments and coordinate with employers to ensure timely settlement of outstanding balances.
+ **Reporting** : Generate and maintain reports related to accounts receivable and employer contribution allocations for internal and external stakeholders.
+ **Customer Service** : Serve as a point of contact for employers and clients with questions regarding contribution payments, account balances, or discrepancies.
+ **Compliance & Documentation** : Ensure that all contribution allocations are in compliance with internal policies and any relevant regulations.
+ **Audit Assistance** : Assist in preparing for audits by ensuring all required documentation is available and accurate.
+ **General Support** : Provide additional support to the finance team in processing payments, handling financial inquiries, and preparing financial documentation as needed.
**Pay Details:** $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
