Employer Health Promotions Coordinator

Job Summary:   Responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of health screenings, health fairs and other services to various employer groups.  Responsible for adhering to event budgets.  Responsible for the scheduling of all employer events in collaboration with Employer Services team members to ensure appropriate event staffing based on services requested.  Assists in post-screening data aggregation activities.  Special projects as assigned by departmental leadership.  Works with peers to improve wellness programing by assisting in the development of population-relevant programming.  Adheres to work procedures and performance standards that comply with CaroMont administrative policies.  Consistently demonstrates CARES behaviors in all interactions.  Practices the utmost discretion and integrity in the handling of confidential information.  Seeks knowledge to keep abreast of new trends in employer wellness.  Maintains membership and actively participates in relevant professional organizations.

Qualifications:   Bachelor’s Degree required.  Two years of worksite wellness experience preferred.  Current relevant certification (ACSM, ACE, CHES) preferred.  Strong planning, leadership, communication and organizational skills.  Ability to coordinate special events and work flexible hours to include early mornings, evenings and weekends to meet the demands of worksites.  Working knowledge of media and equipment.
