This includes designing, implementing, and managing VR-based training programs tailored to individuals with disabilities, ensuring they align with industry standards in healthcare and hospitality. The Coordinator provides case management, career coaching, and skills assessment, tracks client progress, and collaborates with local employers to identify job opportunities. They also manage the center's equipment, handle documentation requirements, and promote the services within the community, all while ensuring the program's effectiveness, budget, and compliance with regulatory standards.
