Position Highlights: + Primary Responsibilities: Manage business litigation and labor & employment cases for a variety of clients, providing tailored and strategic legal counsel. + Flexibility: This is a primarily remote position, with attendance required in the Newport Beach office every Thursday for in-person collaboration and client meetings. Requirements + Experience Requirement: Candidates must have at least 5 years of California Barred experience specifically in business litigation and/or labor & employment law. + Preferred Skills: Strong written and oral advocacy skills, ability to work independently, and excellent case management capabilities.
