Employment Law Attorney
The Dixon Group is seeking a Employment Law Attorney specializing in Employment Law and Compliance to join our team in Chestertown, MD! The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in employment law. As the Employment Law Attorney you will be responsible for compliance to policies, analyzing and making recommendations regarding proposed and established legislation, prepare legal documents, and advise management on legal matters.

 

Responsibilities

Review all employment policies and practices for compliance Provide guidance to HR team regarding compliance with regulations as it relates to our policies and procedures Maintain adherence to the established corporate policies Establish practice for keeping up with latest developments in employment law

Excellent research and analytical skills Attention to detail  Ability to communicate at a high level both verbally and in writing Highly confidential Ability to multi-task
