The Dixon Group is seeking an Employment Law Specialist to join our team in Chestertown, MD! The right candidate will specialize in Employment Law and Compliance. As the Employment Law Specialist you will be responsible for compliance with policies, analyzing and making recommendations regarding proposed and established legislation, preparing legal documents, and advising management on legal matters.

 

Responsibilities

Review all employment policies and practices for compliance Provide guidance to HR team regarding compliance with regulations as it relates to our policies and procedures Maintain adherence to the established corporate policies Establish practice for keeping up with latest developments in employment law
