The Employment Services Manager promotes the Employment First philosophy throughout Merakey as well as externally.

 

This position represents Merakey and Employment Services at events, conferences, meetings, trainings, and more. In leading the team and supporting clients, this position utilizes best practices and technology, as well as networking in the community. 

 

The Employment Service Manager leads by action and is continuously seeking out ways in which their team can strengthen and grow including empowering others to find solutions. 

 

In addition to supporting a team of employment services professionals, the Employment Services Manager may also provide direct services to the individuals we serve.
