As a Employment Services Sales Consultant (Recruitment) at Fedcap, you will play a key role in connecting businesses with top talent while making a real difference in people’s lives. Your focus will be on business development, employer engagement, and sales-driven recruitment, ensuring local businesses get the right candidates while driving revenue and performance. If you have experience in sales, business development, account management, or recruitment, we want to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development – Proactively identify and engage with employers to generate new business, creating a pipeline of job opportunities. Employer Partnerships – Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses, positioning Fedcap as the go-to recruitment partner. Target-Driven Performance – Achieve and exceed sales, service, and quality KPIs by delivering tailored recruitment solutions. Candidate Marketing – Proactively promote job seekers to employers, using sales techniques to secure interviews and placements. Consultative Sales Approach – Understand employer needs, conduct training and organisational needs analysis (TNA & ONA), and provide tailored workforce solutions. Negotiation– Confidently present our recruitment services, negotiate terms and secure long-term employer partnerships. Market Awareness – Stay ahead of local, regional, and national labour market trends to identify business opportunities.

Your Skills & Experience

Able to embrace our company values which are Kindness, Respect, Integrity, and Innovation. A strong sales mindset with experience in business development, account management, or recruitment. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. A strong understanding of employer needs and workforce development. Knowledge of employment regulations, safeguarding, and industry best practices.
