PRIMARY FUNCTIONS : + Job development + Benefits counseling + Rapid job search + Job coaching + Follow along supports/ongoing job support ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONAL / ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT: + Complete monthly data reports . + P articipate in staff meetings. + Attend trainings (IPS, CORE, ACT, NYESS and agency training) + Collaborate with ACT team Vocational Specialist and CORE PSR staff. + Ticket to Work documentation . + Enter data and reporting in NYESS system. + Document contacts in electronic record system + Assignments may be determined at a future date QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES : + Strong organization skills with accurate attention to detail + Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi- task + Able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE : + Bachelor Degree in human services. + At leastONE YEARVocational Rehabilitation Experience + Driver’s license required PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS : + Must be capable to move throughout work day and follow people served throughout community + Must be capable to sit or stand in front of a computer for long-periods of time + Able to work in open space floor plan + Work alongside co-workers within 3 feet + Must be able to move in tight spaces + Occasional lifting of > 5 + pounds (carry backpack with laptop and notebook) Percent of Travel: 60% in the community.
