As an Employment Specialist joining our Swindon team you will be supporting people in recovery to find paid employment that is right for them, using the Individual Placement Support model of employment support.

Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £29,093.39 - £31,529.41 depending on experience (based on full time hours, pro rata for part time)

Swindon's IPS team aims to increase the number of people moving into paid employment from specialist community health services.
The role will help people in community treatment for substance use to find and sustain paid, preference matched, employment. You’ll work with service users, clinicians, local employers and partners to deliver employment support using the Individual Placement and Support approach (IPS).
About You:
Educated to degree level or equivalent work experienceStrong communication skills for effective relationship buildingProficient in team management and support strategiesAptitude in data collection and reporting for IPS servicesDedication to assisting individuals secure paid employmentProven ability to connect with individuals, especially those affected by substance misuseWhat We Offer:
