Job Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for system administration of the EHR, providing technical support to co-workers, and managing software support tickets. You will also oversee project management tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Manage project completion, including planning, assigning tasks, and creating workflows for implementation.Handle software support tickets through phone and email submissions.Utilize EHR policies to manage the ticket queue using the internal ticket system.Run specialized reports from the EHR to ensure appropriate billing procedures and practices are maintained.Manage schedules and timelines for mid-size projects and initiatives.Maintain system functionality through testing of new software versions.Assist with application implementation and development.Diagnose and resolve problems affecting applications.Provide general maintenance of the Cerner system.Assist in EHR training system-wide and mentor new EHR team members.Develop training manuals and/or media for end users related to applications.Assist supervisor with oversight of system security (Privileging/Menu Maintenance).Address management needs, such as data collection, program evaluation, and maintenance of various contracts for services.Other duties as assigned.Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in technical specialization or 2 years of equivalent experience.Additional Qualifications:
Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check.Completion of New Hire Orientation at the beginning of employment.All training requirements including Relias at the beginning of employment and annually thereafter.Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.Physical Requirements:
