The responsibilities of Operations Managers include: + Responsible for supervision of field personnel + Responding to incidents in the field. + Handling customer/patient complaints. + Upholding the rules and regulations set forth by the MedEx employee handbook. + Perform all necessary station duties to ensure a well-stocked fleet of vehicles. + Providing technical assistance and outreach to our service providers + Working directly with the hospital discharge teams to ensure transports are scheduled and completed on time. + Working on site to ensure the patient is ready for discharge. + Assisting crews on-site to maintain a safe working environment. + Developing and maintaining quality assurance and improvement processes + Assisting with billing inquiries + Providing technical assistance and outreach to our service providers Join Chicagoland’s award-winning ambulance service and become a part of our EMS team.
