EMT Lead - Pikes Peak Summit Visitor Center

The EMT Lead is responsible for completing and managing tasks as assigned by the Assistant Operations Manager, which support Pikes Peak and fulfills contract obligations, assisting with guest needs, and resolving or escalating any guest concerns or issues. May also be responsible for oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the guest services operation. **Compensation Data** COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $20.00 to $20.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant?s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting. If hired, employee will be in an ?at-will position? and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors. Hourly eligible benefits vary by location and are subject to any legal requirements or limitations, employee eligibility status, and where the employee lives and/or works. **Job Responsibilities** + Assist with schedules and assigns daily work assignments and oversees completion of tasks. + Ensure compliance with HIPPA requirements for EMT Department. + Trains and guides EMT staff on job duties, customer service, systems, and procedures. + Greet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needs. + Assist with timely daily and quarterly reports to General Manager and Operations Manager. + Assist with staff retention. + Delegating tasks to appropriate associates. + Overseeing EMT stock and ordering supplies, tracking, and reporting of weekly inventory. + Collecting and analyzing any available feedback from patients? gauge satisfaction and success. + Participates in Quality Assurance Programs and reviews to address areas in need of improvement. + Completes daily log regarding train counts. + Assist in other departments as needed. **At Aramark** , developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. To meet our commitments, job duties may change, or new ones may be assigned, without formal notice. **Qualifications** + Supervisory experience in a related role preferred. + Previous EMT experience required. + Previous guest services experience required. + Demonstrates excellent customer service skills. + Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. + Demonstrate organization skills, accuracy, and attention to detail. + NREMT and Colorado State Certification required. + Must be able to work long hours and in a 14,000ft elevation. This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
