The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
Administer first aid and life support when necessary.Report accidents and incidents in both written and verbal form.Perform routine duties of a uniformed security officer.Escorting cash, chips, and tokens throughout the casino.Assist with ID checks.Assist uniformed officers when necessary.Assist with jackpots and fills.Meet department uniform, appearance and grooming requirements.Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter.Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.Any reasonable request made by your supervisor or any management personnel.BRING US YOUR BEST.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must have in-person customer service experienceCandidates will be a licensed EMT with six months related experience and/or training.Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs, and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in vary work areas such as confined spaces.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must possess a valid driver’s license and have acceptable driving history as determined by Penn Entertainment’s auto insurance carrier.Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.Must have an active EMT Certification, as well as an active CPR/First Aid Certification.Must successfully pass TIPs and Title 31 training.
