About the Role:

The Enablement Facilitator is accountable for delivering content that helps our employees develop their skills and knowledge. Your goal will be to conduct informative training sessions, promote company efficiency, and improve the skills of our frontline staff. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator with the ability to effectively describe complicated ideas to different audiences. You must be highly organized, proficient in time management, and possess excellent public speaking skills.

 What You'll Do:

Deliver training to predominately entry to mid-level front-line CS & Sales staff Support new hires during their post-training, “nesting” phase Facilitate ongoing trainings Onboarding  Product Training Process Changes Policy Changes Methodologies Soft Skills Conduct exercises and activities that enhance the learning process Source and/or create Enablement content including but not limited to: Structured slide decks Internal Product and other “One Pagers” Videos (including voice over and/or webinar-style/screenshare) eLearning experiences Email Templates Talking Points/Scripts  Role Plays Facilitator Guides Sales Playbooks (SOPs not included, they are out of Enablement scope) Assist with other related duties as assigned Schedule training sessions Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures. Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations in advance of training

 

What We're Looking For: 2+ years building content and facilitating training across a multi-site sales organization 1+ years of progressive responsibility in Enablement, L&D or Training roles in a high growth, B2B, SaaS organization Exceptional communication (both verbally and in writing), presentation, and interpersonal skills Bachelor’s Degree in related field. Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to build relationships and promote a work environment focused on team development and constant coaching In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts
